As a kid, I'd take sheets of plain A4 paper and bind them together haphazardly with staples. I was the proud author and illustrator of hundreds of flimsy picture books, and wasn't ever bothered that my family were my only readers.

Growing up, I've been humbled by the opportunity to tell the stories of others, to the many readers of magazines and newspapers. These stints gave me a reason to get up in the morning, no matter how ungodly reporting times were.

Now, I still find immense joy and pleasure telling stories, albeit in a slightly different manner. As a marketer working in tech, I seek to represent users in the stories we tell to other consumers. Everyday, I still can't quite believe I get to do this for a living.

When I'm not doing any of the above, you'd find me in my kitchen in the sunny island of Singapore baking a batch of chocolate fudge cupcakes, or sipping a big warm cup of Milo with a good book in hand, and Honne playing in the background.
